B2B Lead Generation in Germany | Qualification and CRM Handover

B2B lead generation and lead management in Germany

Find suitable B2B leads and move each one to a clear next step.

More records alone do not create sales conversations. What matters is which companies fit your offer, where each contact came from and whether an enquiry reaches the right person in time. We build a measurable process for lead sourcing, qualification and CRM handover.

Review your lead process

A new enquiry becomes a sales opportunity only when its source, fit and owner are clear. We make those handovers traceable.

Where B2B leads get lost

  • New contacts arrive in several inboxes or lists without a clear owner.
  • Sales researches only after an enquiry arrives whether the company fits the target market.
  • Duplicate or outdated records cause extra work and irrelevant outreach.
  • After the first contact, there is no documented next step or reliable way to measure results.

We review recent cases to find out whether the main issue is too few new contacts or poor handling of existing enquiries. The process is built around that finding.

How the B2B lead process works

  • We define suitable companies, exclusions, regions and a useful buying signal or existing enquiry source.
  • New records are checked, deduplicated and stored with their source and date.
  • Simple scoring prioritises fit and urgency; unclear cases remain visible for review.
  • Qualified contacts are assigned in the CRM. Replies, meetings and orders feed into reporting.

Sources can include website enquiries, events, partners or a suitable founder direct-mail campaign. We check which data and channels may be used before launch. Automated cold-email campaigns are not part of this package.

Pilot package and monthly operation

€1,990 setup + €890 per month, excluding VAT. The pilot covers one selected lead source or signal, duplicate checks, simple qualification rules, CRM assignment and a basic dashboard. Each month we review data quality and handovers, maintain one segment, make one agreed adjustment and report on qualified enquiries and meetings. Data licences, postage and additional campaigns are separate.

We do not promise a fixed number of leads. First we establish how many suitable companies or enquiries exist in your target market and which metric makes the pilot commercially useful.

What we measure in the pilot

Relevant metrics include new contacts by source, share of well-qualified contacts, time to first action, meetings, proposals and won business. That helps identify whether the source, selection or sales handover needs improving.

Frequently asked questions

Is this limited to one industry?
No. What matters is a describable ideal customer, a usable signal or enquiry volume, and an offer with enough customer value.

Can we start with existing leads?
Yes. If you already receive enquiries, improving qualification and response is often the fastest first test.

Who contacts the leads?
We define the permitted channel and message for each source. We do not automate unreviewed promotional email to unfamiliar contacts.

Where are you losing B2B opportunities today?

Tell us who your ideal customers are, where leads currently come from, approximately how many new contacts or enquiries you receive each month, and where the process stalls. A budget range helps us suggest a realistic pilot scope.
