We review the current process, connect the required applications through an existing integration, API or webhook, and build the workflow with clear rules. Errors are logged and sent to a responsible person. Critical decisions can require human approval before the next step.

How we set up your workflows
- You show us a real case, the systems involved and the approximate monthly volume.
- We document the trigger, rules, exceptions and desired outcome.
- We build and test the workflows with sample data; you approve the process before it goes live.
- After handover, we monitor runs, resolve errors and review improvements.
Pilot package and ongoing support
€1,490 setup + €490 per month, excluding VAT. The package includes two defined workflows connecting up to three systems, tests, an error path and documentation. Monthly support includes monitoring, incident handling, one small change request and a short report. Hosting, paid integrations and additional workflows are quoted separately.
This is a pilot price for manageable processes. After reviewing your systems, we confirm in writing whether the scope fits. You decide whether to commission the work after that.
How will we measure the result?
Before starting, we record how often the process runs, how long it currently takes and which errors occur. Afterwards, we track successful and failed runs, processing time and manual effort. This shows whether the workflow earns its ongoing fee.
